pick up on time which mention by tour coordinator by aldar tourism. Great tour on Creek river, relaxing ambience, tasty buffet and friendly stuff. The dance show was impressive and very beautiful with all the lights!

Dinner cruise

Customer service was really good with communication and helped me with my little incident . The dinner cruise was really nice , the scenery while having a dinner was beautiful, entertainment was fun and the staff on the boat was nice and helpful as well. My only problem was that they say us at a dirty table. But everything else was good.

Dinner cruise on Dubai Creek

I was disappointed in the amount of time wasted before the cruise began. The transfer service was fine, although traffic was heavy. It took an hour from my hotel to the boat, 3 pickups after me.
Once we arrived, we had to wait to check in for the cruise. Once on board we waited for an hour before the cruise began.
However dinner was good with lots of options. Entertainment was a male dancer [excellent), followed by 2 guys in a horse outfit.

Nice experience with slow start, good food and very loud music

Booking and transfer went smooth and easy. However, the advertised times were different (pickup at 6pm, then pickup at 7pm, start of the cruise 8pm, then 9pm, then 9:30pm...). Actual start was after 9:30pm, apparently, they had to wait for the food to be delivered. There was no information provided when the cruise would actually start. "Unlimited Softdrinks" means: water served from bottles into small plastic cups once in a while, a "cocktail" mixed together from water, lots(!) of sugar and some powder and cola/sprite served once, again in small plastic cups - no self service on drinks. The food was good and the employees very kind. People were asked to go to the buffet table by table, which avoids long queues. There are a number of Dhows there and each of them tries to play the music louder than the other - even if that gives that scratchy noises in the speakers. My advice: try to sit as far away as possible from the speakers - you might end up temporarily deaf otherwise. The dance show was impressive and the tour along the Dubai creek is very nice. Overall: something you probably have to do once as a tourist visiting Dubai. The tour operators could make it a lot better with little things like decent sound volume, more information and better planning/communication, though.
