Good for seeing Dubai but service wasn't great

Went on cruise around dubai. Chaos at the harbour when trying to get in, eventually found our boat. We paid for 2 adults with house beverages and 1 just soft drinks for my partners 14yr old son. We were sat on the boat for over an hr before we got a drink- after asking 3 different members of staff! We paid £100 extra for the 2 adult tickets that included house beverages but then had to pay extra for gin and tonic!! When the food opened- buffet, we were allowed to go up 1 table at a time. We waited patiently for our turn but as we were further back on the boat the tables near the front were going up for seconds and even thirds before we had eaten anything. The food was very nice and the cruise itself was lovely just disappointed with the service for the price- AED 595 pp with house beverages and AED 395 pp with soft drinks
