Een essentieel onderdeel van de op karavaan gebaseerde handel waren de karavanserai - kleine nederzettingen die in de woestijn werden gebouwd om te dienen als rustplaatsen voor handelaren en reizigers die langs de gevestigde handelsroutes liepen. Door deze nederzettingen konden mensen grotere afstanden afleggen en vrijer handelen.

Please include dress code Ex reminding guest to wear boots or sneaker due to the sand would be helpful. Otherwise good food and show.

The atmosphere was simply breathtaking... and my family loved experiencing the sunset, having henna done and seeing the camels and falcon. The food was delicious, and we had fabulous time being entertained by the performers.

The transport was on time per the communication however it brought us to the camp site at 5:00pm and the event started at 6:30pm, that was the only issue we had with the event. The food was excellent and the entertainment good along with the camp site which was well worth the travel time.

A very enjoyable evening, the food was lovely and the entertainment was excellent. The seating arrangement was very comfortable and it was nice to have drinks brought to the table. I wasn’t keen on the sellers coming up to the tables, I’d preferred them to have their stands and we visit if interested, but that’s my personal preference.

The food was good, plenty of choice. The staff were pleasant and location was well set up. Whilst the entertainment was good I would be critical of how they arrived - one at a time in a car that was parked in full view of the stage and left swiftly after their act, no doubt to be whisked off to their next gig. If the comings and goings could be kept behind scene it would have kept the magic alive. Also no fortune teller.
