An experience to round off your Dubai trip

A must do tour if you want a sneak peek inside this iconic building. It was so magical to be taken on the journey on the thinking behind how the hotel came to be, and to marvel at the architecture and interiors. Then to finish at UMA Outdoor Cafe to watch the sunset with drinks was well worth it too. The service and the enthusiasm from the staff such as Yvonne and Aya at UMA and the tour guides through the whole experience (I wish I took down all their names so I can mention and thank them all again) was top class. Just amazing! Highly recommend this experience.

We had a great time in Burj Al Arab. It was a well organized tour from the beginning to the end. We had a chance to see all the luxury rooms, amenities and services that I can't afford. Very nice experience

To see the Royal suite was amazing.
The only thing what the boy in the restaurant can do beter is that we had a reservation for 2 golden cappuccino, but I don’t drink milk and asked for a cafe americano instead of cappuccino. The golden cappuccino came on a golden plate, with a glass of water and a chocolade and the cafe americano in a different cup without water or chocolade and not on a golden plate. He just had to change cappuccino for cafe americano…. That was all.

Very pricey for what you get.
Meeting point not clearly identified. States Jumeirah beach hotel but not at the lobby. If I did not ask I would still be sitting there
