Our point of contact messaged via WhatsApp a day before our arrival. He provided easy instructions to meet us in arrivals and got us to the vehicle quickly. We selected. the option suitable for 5 people and were picked up in a minivan as they weren't sure if we had a lot of luggage. It was a private transfer so all good, would use them again. Thanks You!

Don’t pay over priced shuttles from the hotel. This services is great and on time. They were at the airport waiting for us.

All in all not bad. We found the host fairly easily but then the host didn't know where the driver was... so a bit of running around till the driver was located.

Please keep in mind that i am a hard marker, so 4 stars are very good already :)

Service was as expected. It was nice to see the sign with our name. They guided us to an air conditioned van and delivered us yo our hotel in the Palm safely.

Our plan was delayed. The driver had to wait over an hour for us. They were there and easy to find. The communication was easy and smooth. We felt safe. There was some miscommunication on the transfer. I thought I booked round-trip but this is only one-way. Pay attention to this. This is better than trying to get an uber at the airport but on your return from your hotel, an uber is fine and less expensive. All-in-all, a good experience.
