The Tour was amazing. From the pick up in our Hotel till the Drop off in the evening we enjoyed everything. 7 Hours exciting experience! I have to highlight our Driver Mehdi, who tooked care about us from the pick up, during the whole evening. He was funny, honest and we just felt his passion for his Job.
We learned a lot about the Emirati culture, tried a lots of good food.
It’s absolutely worth it’s money. It was amazing to see how kids and adults are enjoying this trip in the middle of nowhere.
The whole camp, the cars and everything around was so clean and comfortable.
A 10/10!

Unique morning at the desert

It was an amazing trip...my family and I loved it, even my mother joined in for the camel ride (made us imagined how it was in our Islamic history, jour ey of the Prophets)
Loved the history telling by Mr Yusuf, the traditional dance, the breakfast feast (it was delicious especially the doughnut)...my son loved the bread and soup (he finishes a stack of bread with the soup)
The falconry demo was amazing and up to my expectation...
Our guide Mr Ahmed Hafez, was friendly, knowledgable and helpful...
I congratulate the team, for a great effort to conserve the culture, the eco for the future generations...
In all, it was a trip to remember...

Absolutely amazing experience, would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to learn more about the Emirati culture. Ali Moussa was an amazing guide, excellent service and really knowledgeable guy.

In the city of dust and ingenuine glamour, this trip was a refreshing half a day of tranquility. We left the hustle and bustle behind and ventured far away into the quiet and calming desert. It was a reassurance that the real world still existed in this pseudo-paradise of a city.
- The transportation was top-notch. New SUVs take you to the desert, while camels and old English Land Rovers from the '50s carry you around the dunes.
- The guides are truly exceptional. We had a very interesting and the most genuine conversation about life in UAE during our whole trip.
- The experience was truly worth the time and money. We booked the morning tour (from around 6 to 12 am) experienced many aspects of traditional life before oil and skyscrapers and still had almost a full day left for the other sights. Camels, falconry, tea, dishes, and a ride with old Land Rovers should be on the top of the list of any trip to Dubai.
All in all, even the most skeptical of our group changed their mind afterward and were grateful they embarked on this short yet truly essential Dubai adventure.

Absolutely a MUST with Platinum Heritage company. Everything from booking, payments, and emails to accommodate our group of 15 people went smoothly. They made sure to answer every single email and all of my questions before our scheduled pick-up. From the moment Travis and Riyaz picked us up we were all smiling and enjoying our private tour. Bedouin village, the food, the people, their knowledge... everything was exceptional! Wow...wow...wow..is all that I can say! We will be cherishing this experience for years to come!

The trip was perfect from the very beginning till the end. Our guide Sami was very attentive to us and told us everything he knew about reservation and its habitants. The programm of the safari is perfect as it includes activities and resting time. The service was perfect and people that work in Heritage very pleasant and welcoming. We saw all the animals in the heritage and were driven back home full of positive experience! We are highly recommend this safari.

We booked up the morning safari experience with Platinum Heritage after reading the glowing reviews, we therefore had high expectations. However, our experience truly exceeded what we expected. We had an amazing morning, immersed into the Bedouin culture and thoroughly enjoyed the camel ride, falconry display, breakfast and the open top jeep safari through the reserve. We could not recommend this trip more and we believe it is definitely worth the money. A special mention to our guide, Tim, who was knowledgeable, welcoming and so accommodating - he made our trip so memorable. We will definitely be using Platinum Heritage again!

My husband and I booked this for our time in Dubai and had the most amazing experience. Jay our guide picked us up at our hotel and instantly started telling us about traditions and his life in Dubai. We were greeted at the site with head scarves and water before heading to meet our camels. We then got to the traditional site where we watched a falcon show and had our breakfast (which was delicious!) We then got out Range Rover and headed to the conservation where we seen lots of animals and enjoyed the views. Jay was an excellent guide who made us feel welcome and explained everything very well!

Amazing experience for our family!
We could learn a lot about the bedouin life and had an awesome time experiencing some of their habits and (delicious) foods and interacting with their environment.
Everybody was so friendly and kind, we could feel relaxed and at home during the whole tour.
The guide Oscar made it very special with his kindness and patience, and he enriched the morning by sharing his knowledge about the country and its culture.
Very much recommended!
