Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo

Dubai Aquarium är en av sina snälla och mellersta delar av Dubai Mall. Det är hem för mer än 30.000 vattenlevande djur, inklusive akvariumstjärnan - 40-årig jätte krokodil som väger 750 kg tillsammans med pelagisk fisk, piranha, pingvin, ödlor, ormar, strålar och hajar. Det är fantastiskt att se vattenlevande livet i den 10 miljoner liters vattentanken som också är det största suspenderade akvariet i världen. Du får också tillgång till den större än livet undervatten zoo.

The consultant Mr sumit was supportive and freindly at our hotel travel desk. He helps us a lot to plan our schedule during our stay.

Some enclosures are too small

The
Entry is sooooooo expensive. 2 of us cost about 190€, luckily they offer free entry to dubai expo with the ticket. All is great and pretty with the fish but zoo enclosures we felt were a tad too small. That makes me sad to see and I can’t enjoy it 100%….. the parrots are kept in cages as they squawk terribly. The owl needs a bigger area. On the whole, very clean and well organized.

We joined the queue and then at the kiosk were told the prices. I would advise people to pre-book on line as you get up to two thirds of the walk-in price off.
The Aquarium is laid out well however i would suggest that the penguin tour is not of those with toddlers or strollers. Although very interesting once they’ve seen the penguins (at the start of the tour) the rest isn’t for them (Breeding programmes etc).
The amount of sea life on view is mega and the crocodile has to be seen to be believed. The Aquarium shop is very cheap and offers varying discount depending on how many people were booked for the tour. Face masks were compulsory.

Good full adventure

It was great experience specially if you take the full adventure experience including the behind the scenes with the penguins, which I should mention that it’s expensive to buy photos we took.
It was very crowded so we didn’t enjoy our time through the tunnel but overall it was nice and must visit place with children.

Very torn in writing this. We saw animals that we have never seen before; which was really amazing.
The aquarium feels really crowded. Maybe they could stack the people more. The enclosures felt very small for the animals. Felt more like a zoo and that was very sad to see. The parrots flies and gets stopped by a staff member with a long stick. Also not great to see. Would I go again. No. Could have skipped this experience

Aquarium was too crowded, you can see lot of different fishes, 2 big crocodile, and that’s it. You can take the Fotos

Tickets are too expensive, 53€ if you buy on spot, 38€ online. The tunnel is too short. Tour guides are friendly are ready to answer all your questions
